I started my career in digital marketing as a  Brand Manager for a start-up. In that role I gained extensive experience in marketing, client communication, social media, graphic design, website development, and copywriting. Working in a start-up meant I had to wear many hats, and no one day was the same.

During this time, I witnessed firsthand the chaos and stress that comes with not having proper processes and systems in place. It was a non-stop whirlwind! I noticed that my organisational skills and insight in systems moved the needle the most in terms of revenue, which sparked my passion to pursue this further.

From there, I set up Spicy Virtual Solutions to help other entrepreneurs and small business owners by streamlining and optimizing their back-end operations.
